The finalists for next year’s Pearl Prize have been announced, and I’m thrilled to be on the list. Now in its second year, The Pearl Prize is presented with Osborne and Fawkner Publishing and supported by Midsumma Festival. All fifteen finalists will be published in The Pearl Prize 2025 anthology, available during Midsumma. This is a fab end to the year, and a nice way to see in the new one.
The theme for 2025 is: Queerness beyond the ML and AI in (A) ARTificial space.
An overall winner and a highly commended will be announced in January at the Victorian Pride Centre in St Kilda, Melbourne.
Midsumma 2025 runs from 19 January to 9 February.
